Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: May 26, 2026. The official terms governing our industrial cooling products and solutions.

1

Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to the official website of AIRDOS Thermal Solutions ("AIRDOS", "we", "our", or "us"). By browsing our website, submitting engineering spec inquiries, downloading technical sheets, or placing purchase orders, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

These terms establish a binding legal agreement between your corporation or legal entity and AIRDOS. If you do not accept these terms, you must refrain from utilizing our website modules and consulting services.

2

Specifications & Custom Orders

As a specialized industrial manufacturer of AC, DC, and EC fans, we operate primarily on customized business specifications:

Technical Alignment

All customized airflow volume, acoustic levels, IP-ratings (e.g. IP55/IP68), and voltage inputs must be finalized in a mutual design sheet prior to factory tooling.

Order Confirmation

Purchase orders are considered binding only after our accounting division issues an official Proforma Invoice and receives the agreed advance payment percentage.

3

Logistics & Lead Time

Global shipping runs under international commercial rules (Incoterms 2020) and tailored agreements:

  • Standard Incoterms

Orders default to EXW (Ex Works) or FOB (Free On Board) unless explicitly specified on our invoices.

  • Lead Time Commitment

Production schedules vary from 15 to 30 working days based on custom configurations and raw component loops.

  • Global Customs

Buyers are fully responsible for local import clearances, localized custom duties, and related logistics handling.

  • Force Majeure

AIRDOS is not liable for manufacturing delays due to severe weather, shipping strikes, or global microchip shortages.

4

Warranty & Liability Limits

We represent the pinnacle of industrial engineering. Thus, we back our manufacturing strength with structured warranties:

2-Year Professional Mechanical Warranty

All ball-bearing motor solutions feature a full 24-month replacement warranty covering structural defect, insulation failure, or bearing noise anomalies under standard operational parameters.

LIABITY RESTRICTION:

AIRDOS is not liable for secondary damages, system downtimes, or installation labor costs resulting from thermal components applied incorrectly outside design limits.

5

Intellectual Property Rights

The entire content of this site, including but not limited to vector engineering graphics, product renders, 3D CAD step files, aerodynamic simulations, source code, and logo trademarks, is the sole property of AIRDOS Thermal Solutions Private Limited.

Any unauthorized duplication, distribution, reverse engineering of rotor designs, or scraping of the product catalog databases for competing commercial usage is strictly prohibited.

6

Governing Law & Disputes

These terms, catalog interactions, and sales agreements are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

Any dispute arising under or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
